Who are we looking for?
We are seeking an experienced, passionate and motivated individual with a strong aptitude for client acquisition and business development. This role requires a candidate who is equally comfortable working on business development projects and managing commercial relationships with clients, suppliers, agencies and media centers.
Responsibilities
- Define and organize the company's commercial strategy to maximize sales revenues.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through the acquisition of new clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create commercial proposals that showcase our offerings.
- Bring innovative ideas and creative approaches to expand the company’s market presence.
- Liaise with company leadership to achieve sales targets.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Contact potential clients to establish relationships and schedule meetings.
- Manage commercial negotiations and close contracts.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis, as well as monitor and analyze key sales KPIs.
- Participate in industry conferences, meetings, and events.
- Effectively present the company, its portfolio and services, addressing client needs and demonstrating the value and expertise of the agency.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Handle pull activities from media centers.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in similar roles (Business Development, Sales, etc.).
- Fluent English.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactivity and determination in seeking new clients and business opportunities.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Ability to work with deadlines, navigate a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize tasks.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and marketing strategies.
- Willingness to travel and attend business trips.
Considered as a plus
- Experience in a similar role gained in agencies, media centers, or companies operating in the digital/tech/entertainment/sports sectors
- Another language knowledge.
- Passion for the entertainment, video games and esports industries.
- Degree in Economics and Management/Business Administration/Marketing or a second-level Master's in Business Administration or similar.
